Information we collect
This website presents packages and sends you to Stripe for payment. It does not collect passport scans, tax documents or card details. If you contact us, we receive your contact details and message. During client onboarding and service, we collect the identity, household, tax, payment-status and supporting document information needed for your case, from you and sources you authorize. Hosting and service providers may process technical records such as IP addresses and access logs.
How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to inquiries, verify payments, assess eligibility, prepare and administer your engagement, submit authorized filings and meet legal and professional obligations. Stripe processes payments; TaxDome provides client intake, document exchange and practice management; website hosting and delivery providers support those services. The IRS, applicable tax authorities and document carriers receive information needed for authorized filings or deliveries. We disclose other nonpublic personal information only with your authorization or as permitted or required by law. We do not sell client information or share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing. These practices apply to current and former clients.
Documents, access and retention
Access to client information is limited to people and service providers who need it for the engagement or applicable obligations. Send original documents only after personalized instructions. We coordinate review and tracked return; a fixed return date is not guaranteed. We retain engagement and tax records as needed for applicable legal, IRS and professional requirements, dispute resolution and administration. Closing an account does not require immediate deletion of records we must retain. No online service or shipping method is free of security or loss risk.
Questions and corrections
Contact us to ask about our privacy practices, correct your information or make a privacy-rights request. We may verify your identity and must consider applicable recordkeeping requirements.
