Terms & refunds
One applicant. A defined scope. A refund of any unused prepaid balance if you cancel. Effective September 13, 2026.
Services and prices
$199: an ITIN application or renewal for one applicant with an already-prepared federal return or a qualifying documented IRS exception. Tax preparation is not included.
$399: ITIN service for one applicant plus one straightforward federal return and one straightforward Maryland, D.C. or Virginia return for the same tax year, where applicable. Each additional eligible household applicant is $199.

Business or rental income, complex international matters, extra tax years, and additional states fall outside the $399 package. Contact us about scope before buying.
Documents and shipping
You pay to send documents to us. Standard tracked return shipping within the U.S. is included. International or expedited return shipping is quoted separately.
Wait for personalized instructions before mailing any documents. Tell us about travel plans and confirm that the mailing and interview process fits your needs.
Eligibility, cancellation and refunds
You may cancel in writing by email or through TaxDome. We deduct only documented work completed and agreed expenses from your prepaid fee, provide an itemized accounting, and refund the unused balance to the original payment method. Before work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. We do not charge a separate cancellation penalty.
If we identify an eligibility or scope problem, we discuss it with you before continuing. You may agree to a revised scope or cancel under the unused-balance policy. Payments are credited toward an agreed package upgrade; no extra work or charges are authorized by your original purchase.
The IRS decides every application. An IRS denial does not automatically entitle you to a full refund for completed work. Follow-up on notices about the ITIN application we prepared is included; audits, appeals and unrelated tax matters require a separate agreement. Contact us about a duplicate charge or service error so we can investigate and correct it.
After payment, we verify the transaction and invite you to TaxDome for the engagement agreement and intake. Payment does not establish eligibility, guarantee approval or reserve a completion date. These purchase terms do not waive rights that applicable law gives you.

I Need an ITIN is the customer-facing service brand of Fintaxe Financial Services LLC. We are an independent service provider, not the IRS.
