What happens
after payment.
Check your payment receipt.
Your payment provider confirms whether your payment succeeded. This page alone is not a receipt. If the status is unclear, contact us before paying again.
Once our team confirms payment, the next step is your TaxDome invitation.
- Complete intake. After payment we send a TaxDome invitation. We review eligibility and documents there.
- Mail as instructed. You get a document list and mailing details for your case. Mention travel plans first.
- Video interview. Once documents arrive, each applicant attends while we hold the originals.
- Sign and submit. You review and sign. We mail the package to the IRS and return your documents.

Do not send your passport yet. Share upcoming travel dates during onboarding.
Appointments are currently in English. Use the onboarding channel we provide for identity and tax documents, not ordinary email.
